By accessing or using DangerCenter, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

DangerCenter is a community safety awareness platform that aggregates public data sources and user-submitted reports to provide safety scores and alerts. Safety scores are informational only and should not be used as the sole basis for safety decisions.

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must provide accurate information during registration
• One account per person; do not share account credentials

4. User Content & Reports

• Reports must be truthful and submitted in good faith
• False reports will result in reputation penalties and potential account suspension
• You grant DangerCenter a license to display and distribute your submitted content
• Do not submit personal information of others without consent
• Do not use the platform to harass, stalk, or target individuals

5. Subscriptions & Payments

DangerCenter Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of your billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Law Enforcement Accounts

Law enforcement accounts require verification. Misrepresenting yourself as law enforcement is a violation of these terms and may be reported to authorities.

7. Limitation of Liability

DangerCenter provides safety information on an "as-is" basis. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of safety scores or alerts. DangerCenter is not liable for any actions taken based on information provided through the service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Users may delete their accounts at any time.
